This is a juried exhibition designed to examine, challenge, educate, and enrich the viewer's definition of art. The exhibition features a wide range of works in many forms by over 20 Indiana artists. Paintings, glass, photography, woodcarving, metal working, jewelry, and textiles are just a few of the many art forms being showcased in the exhibition. Open Wed. - Sat. from 1-4 pm. Admission: $5 for adults; $3 for ages 17 and under; Free for Museum Members
Oxford, Indiana just 20 miles northwest of the Greater Lafayette Area. The Festival will host events throughout the town of Oxford, but most events will occur in Rommel Park at 205 Park St, Oxford, IN 47971. Dan Patch, the horse, was born in Oxford, Indiana and grew up to be a famous pacer whose name still has great meaning in horse racing today. Oxford hosts an annual festival to celebrate his legacy upon the town. This year Dan Patch Days is "Back in the Race" for 2017. This year's festival will feature many food choices supporting local organizations, a car, truck, and bike show, a family barn dance, home run derby, vendors, parade, and much more. We are very excited to have Shiny Penny perform live as our featured Friday night event!
