AMP is looking for a Multi-Market Station Manager for four station clusters in South Bend & Lafayette, IN.  Candidates must be able to build and train a professional management team, set and achieve reasonable sales goals, manage local and national sales, hire and train sales people, identify and execute promotional plans and devise and implement short and long term strategic sales planning.  Guide and direct programming initiatives for multiple formats.  Travel between the two markets is mandatory. 

Qualified candidates must have a successful track rerecord of sales management.
